A story about my father
Today, my father told me something that he said he had never told anyone. He told me that in 1992, when he was working on a patient, performing physical therapy on him with a co-worker, he started having a stroke, and started slowly falling, and his co-worker asked him if he was ok.
The first words out of my father’s mouth, as he was having a stroke were: “meray bachay…”...
